Analog & Digital MEMS Microphones

Digital MEMS Microphones

Our Digital MEMS Microphones join high-performance MEMS elements with state-of-the art wide dynamic range CMOS technology. We offer PDM (Pulse Density Modulated) digital outputs along with state of the art fully decimated outputs.

Analog MEMS Microphones

Our Analog MEMS Microphones offer significant performance improvements compared to electret microphones, which have been in use for decades. They have similar or better SNR in smaller size, provide consistent performance part-to-part and over temperature, and offer a wider dynamic range.

The T5828 is a low noise, high AOP digital MEMS microphone in a small package with a fifth‑order Σ‑Δ modulator. The digital interface is a MIPI Alliance SoundWire® compliant interface which allows for control bits and bi‑directional data flow.

The T5837 is a low noise, high AOP digital Pulse Density Modulation (PDM), Multi-Mode microphone using a fifth-order Σ‑Δ modulator.

The T5838 is a low noise, high AOP digital Pulse Density Modulation (PDM) microphone using a fifth-order Σ‑Δ modulator. It also features Acoustic Activity Detect (AAD), a new ultra-low power edge processing feature consuming as low as 20µA.

The T5848 is a low noise, high AOP I²S microphone with a 24‑bit PCM output for direct connection to a wide variety of SoCs. It also features Acoustic Activity Detect (AAD), a new ultra-low power edge processing feature consuming as low as 20µA.

Earbuds today feature a multitude of microphones. Not only for phone calls, but for noise cancelation, transparency functions, and always-on smart assistants. Our MEMS microphones are perfectly suited to hear your voice and help pinpoint the noise you want to block out.

With multiple mics configured in an array, the resulting beam pattern makes it easy for products like smart assistants to hear your voice commands from across the room.

The smaller your bluetooth headset gets, the smaller the battery, which means our low power mics can help keep you chatting for longer.

Our high signal to noise ratio lets your security system notify you when someone is at the door, not when someone is driving down the street, giving you one less thing to worry about.

You want your voice to sound the best when you take a phone call and with our wide dynamic range and high sound to noise ratio, you’ll sound great, no matter the environment.

Designing for outdoor applications is much easier with our High AOP, high SNR and high dynamic range microphones.

High Acoustic Overload Point (AOP) means that functionality is not limited by very noisy industrial environments.

With mics capable of operating at temperatures of up to 105°C (221°F), the range of applications greatly expands.
